Sales Director

Having worked for Cadbury and Diageo before moving to Windfall initially to develop the on trade and latterly multiple grocers, I’m now responsible for the sales at Windfall whilst retaining the day to day management of our alcohol portfolio in the major supermarkets.

Mike Sears


Now over 30 years (!) in the drinks industry, including soft drinks, water, cider, ale and lager. Sales, marketing and commercial skills focused mainly on building brands and companies from the bottom up, including Panda Pops (a long time ago), Ballygowan Mineral Water and Pomegreat, as well as the brands we currently handle.

Richard Martin

Sales Director at Belu since 2007

Over 30 years experience in the UK Drinks industry, focusing on soft drinks, imported beers and bottled water. Has worked in all trade sectors, but recently specializing in the On Trade, within various HORECA accounts, wine merchants, wholesalers and distributors. Originally with Beecham Foods and Coca Cola, then moving on to help develop various brands, including Warsteiner, Erdinger, San Pellegrino and Hildon.

Dave Tointon

NAM Managed Retail

Dave Tointon moved into the drinks industry from a retail management role in 2002, joining James White Drinks as Brand Manager and later becoming their On-Trade Sales Manager. He joined Windfall as a National Account Manager in 2007, bringing with him the on-trade responsibility for the James White Drinks range, and since then has continued to manage key national managed on-trade accounts, midlands key accounts and wholesale.

Tim Allison

Regional Business Development Manager

Over 30 years on trade experience which has covered beers, lagers, wines and spirits, softs and a premium English Natural Mineral Water. Now looking after Regional Brewers, Regional Wholesale, Regional Foodservice, Key Hotel Groups, regional pub groups and premium on trade horeca outlets. Originally with Wickhams/Balls Bros wines, Scottish and Newcastle Breweries and latterly Hildon.

Lana Krncevic

London Business Development Manager

Lana has been working for Windfall for over 6 years. Having come from Australia, she previously worked in a retail environment and has done TV presenting. Since starting at Windfall, she has used and built an expensive account base within London driving key brands into landmark accounts across London, including some of the capitals most prestigious clubs, restaurants, hotels and bars. She works on the core Windfall range and has responsibility for managing and developing some of the key London focus brands.

Lucy Broadley

Regional Sales Manager

Has been a Licensee and run her own pub. She has also worked within the On- Trade as a Sales and Marketing Executive for Punch Taverns, moving on to become a Business development manager for Halewood International, this time within the off trade/ Cash and Carry sector. She then moved back into the On-Trade as a Regional sales manager for Windfall Drinks, focusing on all regional accounts from wholesale to managed house groups as well as University business.

Simmone Black

Scotland Business Development

With over 20 years experience within the Scottish License Trade in management and licensee roles, Simmone moved into event management, helping companies such as Diageo, Britvic and S&N bring key brands successfully to market. Her current business development role within Windfall sees her working across all sectors, from on trade to delivered wholesale across Scotland.

Brett Allen

London Business Development Manager

Previously with Red Bull for 3 years as part of their London On Trade team Brett joined Windfall Brands as a Business Development Manager in London at the end of 2013, Brett is focused on developing our brands within the London On Trade, Festivals and Events in commuter villages and popular areas in and around central London such as Shoreditch, Dalston, Camden and Brixton. Brett also shares responsibility with Lana and Richard for regional wholesalers



Sales Invoicing


Your stock can be shipped to our warehouse provided (again Oakland International) and stored in their secure warehouse.

We produce monthly stock reconciliations to ensure tight control over your stock is adhered to and discrepancies are investigated.

We invoice your customers on your behalf through our existing sales ledger accounts.

We work closely with the purchase ledger departments of your customers to ensure your debtors ledgers are reconciled monthly.





We can chase your customers for payment to ensure prompt collection of any overdue invoices.

We report to you monthly, a full set of sales and stock level information broken down by customer and by SKU.

We can process your purchase invoices and ensure tight control/approval procedures so that you can manage your costs closely.

We can report to you monthly, a full set of management accounts broken down by customer and by cost type.
